How to drive cultural transformation while taking early talent along
Bayer wanted innovative minds to submit ideas about how digital technologies can be used in science and healthcare to improve people’s lives. With Agorize’s platform connected to a unique global community, Bayer organized an innovation challenge for graduate students.
Participant teams submitted ideas that fit in these themes:
What ideas did they associate with data science?
How would data-driven farming improve agriculture?
What did data science for a better life mean to them?
How would they associate Cybersecurity with Bayer?
Accelerate the management of innovation and innovative talents, from identification to operational deployment.
To address Bayer’s team’s needs for a solution to accelerate valuable idea implementation, Agorize has deployed its crowdsourcing technology to identify and evaluate proposed ideas efficiently.
The platform integrates collaborative tools, and advanced features, and through it, mentors were assigned to participants to guide them in idea development.
Bayer’s team then used the voting and ranking features to collectively assess the proposals.
Participants benefited from a best-in-class experience, using collaborative tools integrated into the Agorize platform.
Human capital management and innovation management complement each other to create a transformation dynamic.
Bayer successfully engaged over 1100 participants from 82 different countries who submitted 229 innovative ideas.
Finalists presented their most convincing pitch during the final event. They also won a trip to Bayer’s Life-Hub of their choice to Berlin, Boston, or Barcelona.
