To address Bayer’s team's needs for a solution to accelerate valuable idea implementation, Agorize has deployed its crowdsourcing technology to identify and evaluate proposed ideas efficiently.
The platform integrates collaborative tools, and advanced features, and through it, mentors were assigned to participants to guide them in idea development.
Bayer’s team then used the voting and ranking features to collectively assess the proposals.

Bayer successfully engaged over 1100 participants from 82 different countries who submitted 229 innovative ideas.
Finalists presented their most convincing pitch during the final event. They also won a trip to Bayer’s Life-Hub of their choice to Berlin, Boston, or Barcelona.
