United B: Circular Electronics Challenge

Startup competition

  • Objective: transformation.
    Seek mature solutions to promote a circular economy, recycling and reduce waste of electronic products.
  • Geographic scope: Africa, France.
  • Customer sponsor: Transformation Department.
    Endowment: financing of a POC with one of the entities (Boulanger, Electro Depot, etc.).
  • Current status: successfully completed with 160+ qualified solutions received (exceeding target of 100). Three finalists presented their solutions at an event in Le Cap.

L’Oréal: Brandstorm

Students and young professionals competition

  • Objective: talent spotting and transformation.
    Reveal innovative projects to digitalize beauty. 
  • Geographic scope: Worldwide
  • Customer sponsor: HR and Transformation departments.
  • Prize: winning team is hired to develop their idea with L’Oréal’s R&D team. Brandstorm results in 150 hires every year.
  • Current status: successfully completed with 92,000 participants from over 70 countries. The winning team was chosen at global conference VivaTech.

Gatorade: Fuel for Tomorrow Innovation Challenge

Student competition

  • Objective: talent spotting and product launch.
    Imagine PepsiCo’s next beverage, in categories such as parity and well-being.
  • Geographic scope: North America.
  • Customer sponsor: HR and Transformation departments.
  • Prize: A trip to Chicago to meet the Gatorade marketing management team and present the project + gift cards.
  • Current status: Launches in June 2023.
